Cervical cancer can be cured within what stage

Cervical cancer is the only solid tumor among all cancers with an established cause and a slow onset of symptoms. It is a preventable and curable disease. It takes about 10 years for general cervical precancerous lesions to develop into cervical cancer. If the precancerous lesions can be detected, diagnosed, and then further treated and tested, the cure rate of early cervical cancer will be greatly improved. Experts also emphasize that the earlier the detection and the faster the treatment, the higher the cure rate. So how many episodes can cervical cancer be cured?

1. How many episodes of mechanical therapy can cure cervical cancer?

Cervical cancer stage I can be cured with treatment. As long as some patients with stage II cervical cancer receive active treatment, the possibility of recovery is very high, and the survival rate of more than 5 years is also very high. Although the chances of recovery begin to decrease after 3 years of cervical cancer, you cannot give up hope of treatment easily. In many medical records, there are many cases of people living with tumors for decades. Therefore, we must have confidence in the future, persist in treatment, and persist in taking medicine.

Whether cervical cancer is curable will be affected by factors such as the stage of disease progression, whether there is cancer metastasis, whether there is vascular invasion, and whether there is paracervical metastasis. It can be said that cervical cancer is a development process from precancerous lesions to early cancer to late cancer. The earlier the treatment, the greater the chance of cure. For example, the cure rate of cervical cancer in stages 1A and 1B is significantly higher than that in stages III and IV.

2. How to treat cervical cancer?

There are currently three treatments for cervical cancer, namely surgery, tumor radiotherapy, and chemotherapy. Generally speaking, surgery is the best way to cure cancer, but with the extension of the current medical history, metastasis of cancer cells, patient's body weakness and other factors, surgery is rarely used for treatment in the late stage of cervical cancer. During this period, chemoradiotherapy is the main treatment, with radiotherapy as an auxiliary. Depending on the patient's condition, if the patient is in good physical condition, radiotherapy and chemotherapy can be performed several times. However, radiotherapy and chemotherapy alone have great side effects and will always cause many side effects, resulting in low immunity of the patient, which will in turn promote the growth of tumor cells. The patient can also cooperate with anti-tumor Chinese herbal medicines to alleviate the side effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the short term, while also enhancing the patient's immunity, alleviating clinical symptoms, and effectively controlling the occurrence and metastasis of tumors.
