What causes gynecological candida

Trichomoniasis is a gynecological disease that affects women's sexual life and work. Many women suffer from irritability, depression and discomfort due to trichomoniasis and have suffered serious problems. However, many women are completely ignorant about trichomoniasis and do not pay enough attention to it, which leads to adverse consequences. So how is gynecological trichomoniasis caused? Let’s find out next.

How is Trichomonas caused?

To understand how Trichomonas is caused, we must first understand that Trichomonas is a bacterium that is oval in shape and has spores and pseudofungi produced by the budding and extension of somatic cells. It often parasitizes on human skin, mouth, vagina and intestinal mucosa. Among them, it is Candida albicans in Trichomonas that causes gynecological inflammation in women.

The living conditions of Trichomonas are relatively simple. It has a weak resistance to heat and will die immediately after being heated to 60℃ for 1 hour. However, Trichomonas is highly resistant to dryness, sunlight, ultraviolet light and organic chemical herbal preparations.

The main cause of trichomonas is when the body's immune function is low or the microecological environment of the normal habitat is unbalanced, which can easily lead to candidiasis. Infection with Trichomonas may cause superficial infection of the skin and mucous membranes or systemic targeted infection. Different infections may cause different diseases. In addition to cutaneous candidiasis, there are also Trichomonas stomatitis, vaginitis, cystitis, pyelonephritis, meningitis, bacteremia and bile duct infection.

Can Trichomonas cause vaginitis?

After understanding what trichomoniasis is and how it is caused, people generally think about what diseases trichomoniasis can cause? Among the many diseases caused by Trichomonas, vaginitis is a common symptom.

First of all, it is necessary to confirm that Trichomonas can cause vaginitis. Among Candida species, 80% to 90% of the pathogens are Candida albicans. This type of white trichomonas is the culprit of vaginitis.

Secondly, Candida albicans is a conditional pathogen. In other words, not all Candida albicans will cause vaginitis, but there are criteria. 10% to 20% of non-pregnant women and about 30% of pregnant women have this type of bacteria parasitizing in the vagina, but the amount of bacteria is very small, in the form of yeast, and does not cause symptoms.

Finally, because Trichomonas is a bacteria, the most suitable pH value for its growth is 5.5, and the acidic environment in the vagina can maintain the self-cleaning function of the vagina, so under normal circumstances, the pH value of 3.7-4.5 will not cause symptoms of vaginitis. However, when the acidity in the vagina changes to pH 5.5, Candida albicans will multiply and transform into a fungal phase, causing vaginitis symptoms. Therefore, in daily life, Ph4 weak acid formula feminine wash can be suitable for daily cleaning and maintenance. During the treatment period, the use of weak acid formula feminine wash will also have an inhibitory effect on the growth and reproduction of fungi.
