The benefits of eating natto every day for women

The benefits of eating natto every day for women

Natto is made by fermenting the natural Bacillus natto on wheat straw. Later, the Japanese isolated Bacillus natto from it, which is a type of Bacillus subtilis. However, modern production can be carried out through purified and cultivated Bacillus natto, which is a more convenient and controllable method. In other words, natto is the food produced after soybean fermentation. So what are the benefits of eating diarrhea for women every day?

The nutritional value of natto

Natto contains saponins, isoflavones, lecithin, folic acid, as well as a variety of nutrients, carbohydrates, minerals, etc. It is a food for maintaining health. After soybeans are made into natto, the protein can be dissolved and converted into carbohydrates, which is more conducive to the body's digestion and absorption, and can also assist gastrointestinal digestion. In addition, the enzyme in natto can also eliminate cholesterol and lipids in the body, keeping blood pressure and blood sugar normal.

The wonders of Natto

Many people think that eating natto regularly can prolong life. There is no such evidence at present, but natto does contain a good substance called nattokinase. Nattokinase has the effect of dissolving venous thrombus and has a very good effect in preventing and treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular blockage. However, nattokinase is not a panacea, nor is it as exaggerated as described outside. To treat cardiovascular diseases, you still need to take medication actively. You cannot think that natto is a panacea.

People who are not suitable for natto

Blood pressure stomach disease patients. Natto will promote the secretion of gastric acid, and the dietary fiber in natto will cause damage to the gastric mucosa. Therefore, patients with stomach disease and gastric ulcer are not suitable for consumption.

Blood kidney disease patients. Because natto contains high levels of non-essential amino acids, patients with nephritis, renal failure, uremia, etc. are not suitable for consumption and may even need to avoid eating it.

Supplement for gout patients. Natto has a high purine content, so patients with gout or hyperuricemia need to eat less or no natto which is high in purine.

Heavy-duty and injured patients. The nattokinase in natto has a strong anti-coagulant effect. If the patient's wound has not healed or has just undergone surgery, eating natto will cause bleeding from the wound.
