How to relieve hot palms and soles of pregnant women

The heat in the palms and soles of pregnant women is caused by the changes in hormonal levels and body temperature during ovulation during pregnancy. The heat in the palms and soles of pregnant women can be improved by physical cooling or adjusting the diet. If your hands and soles are hot, you can use a hot and damp towel to wipe your armpits, groin, neck, palms and soles of your feet to effectively relieve mild fever.

Tuberculosis: It is the most common cause of hot palms, especially in young people, and is also accompanied by night sweats, fatigue, cough, listlessness, etc. Lung CT or laboratory tests can usually detect the presence of mutations.

Chronic pyelonephritis: Most young women have persistent or intermittent hot palms or fever throughout the body during the chronic active period. Carefully recalling the symptoms at that time or before, I had low back pain, fatigue, frequent urination, urgency, inability to hold urine, pain when urinating, etc., and urine tests showed abnormalities.

Liver disease: viral hepatitis (hepatitis B, etc.), cirrhosis, chronic bile duct infection, etc. may all cause hot palms. This disease is generally accompanied by poor appetite, weight loss, fatigue, abdominal distension, dull pain in the liver area, insomnia, etc. Liver function tests or hepatitis immunology tests can usually detect the condition.

Connective tissue diseases: Although rheumatic fever, lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, etc. can cause hot palms, the incidence rate is not high, and they are usually accompanied by obvious systemic fever symptoms.
