How to self-test pregnancy without pregnancy test stick

How to self-test pregnancy without a pregnancy test stick is actually possible. After pregnancy occurs, first the menstruation will be delayed, then there will be frequent urination and a feeling of endless urination, and then there will be changes in the skin and breasts, etc. The combination of multiple situations is actually relatively easy to judge. Of course, the best way is through scientific testing.

In the early stages of pregnancy, that is, the first trimester, women will have certain physical manifestations to reflect the characteristics of pregnancy.

1. Delayed menstruation.

This is the most common sign of pregnancy that most people notice. As long as a woman is of childbearing age and has normal menstruation, she may be pregnant if she has sexual intercourse for more than two weeks after the normal menstrual period. But not having your period does not mean you are pregnant. There are many reasons for not having your period, such as poor ovarian function, abnormal hormone secretion, busy work, exam stress, etc., which can all cause late menstruation. Therefore, it is best to get a doctor's diagnosis, which is the safest.

2. Frequent urination and feeling of incomplete urination

Symptoms similar to those of a mild urinary tract infection, with some frequent urination and a feeling of incomplete urination. Normally, you don’t urinate frequently, but after becoming pregnant, you may have to go to the bathroom several times when going out. However, frequent urination is not an inherent symptom of pregnancy. Mild urinary tract infection or urethral inflammation can also cause frequent urination.

3. Skin and breast changes

After removing makeup or washing your face, you may notice that you look pale, your eyelids are swollen, and you have obvious bags under your eyes. This is a sign that you are pregnant. Pregnant women may also experience breast tenderness, which is a signal from your breasts to prepare for breastfeeding. But these reactions are similar to those before menstruation, and sometimes it is difficult to tell whether it is menstruation or pregnancy. If your bra feels a little tight, you should change it to a loose one; if you are still wearing tight underwear, you should also change it to soft and loose underwear.

4. Vulvar discomfort

The embryo implants into the endometrium, preparing to build a nest for itself. At this time, the pregnant woman may have some discomfort or pain in her lower abdomen, and the vaginal discharge may look like it has a faint streak of blood, which is medically called implantation bleeding. The incidence of implantation bleeding is very low.

5. Changes in mood

Women who have just become pregnant may have very unstable emotions. They may be high and cheerful just now, but become dejected the next; they may be in high spirits just now, but now have a sad face; they may be laughing and cheerful a minute ago, but now become silent. People around you will feel that your emotions change a lot, especially when facing your husband, your emotions fluctuate even more. You may not realize it, but you have become irritable, a little impatient, and dislike the people around you. Emotionally unstable, sometimes feeling depressed.

From the above characteristics, you can preliminarily determine whether you are pregnant. Of course, the most accurate method is to go to the hospital for a pregnancy test.
