How to treat candida

If you accidentally develop a fungal disease such as Candida, you must seek timely treatment as soon as possible. It can easily occur in the mouth or vagina. What is the best way to treat Candida?

1. Surface infection

For example, if the oral cavity or vulva is infected with Candida albicans, local treatment may be used for mild cases, while systemic treatment may be considered for severe cases. Take some mouthwash or treat it with some medicated solution. In addition to irrigation and anticonvulsants, a coating of antifungal topical preparations is usually applied.

2. Fungal vulvovaginitis

Normally use alkaline drugs to flush the vagina, such as 2% to 4% soda water to change the living environment of mold, and then use antifungal topical drugs, such as nystatin vaginal suppositories. Apply nystatin cold cream topically and apply cream. When the infection is severe or local treatment is ineffective, oral antibiotics are added for treatment. There are many oral antifungal medications available, and you should follow your doctor's instructions.

3. Visceral candidiasis and mucocutaneous candidiasis

Take the medicine according to the doctor's instructions. The medicine is rarely absorbed in the intestine and is mainly used for digestive candidiasis.
