If female friends sweat a lot on their heads, their hair will easily get wet with sweat, which will make people very distressed, but they can't find a suitable way to improve this situation. In fact, this requires a corresponding physical examination from the root. Generally speaking, this symptom is caused by excessive oil secretion in the body, and you should also eat more light food in your diet. Many cases observed clinically are cases of sweating in multiple parts of the body at the same time. The common combinations are palms + soles, palms + armpits, and palms + soles + armpits. Other combinations are very rare. The onset of hyperhidrosis symptoms is related to many factors such as climate, season, external temperature, emotional changes, strenuous activities, etc., but there may also be no inducing factors. The symptoms appear suddenly and intermittently, with each attack lasting 5 to 30 minutes and the number of attacks per day varying. Most patients experience more severe symptoms in summer and relatively milder symptoms in winter. Due to the different locations of excessive sweating, the local symptoms are slightly different. They are expressed as follows: (1) Excessive sweating on the face: The sweating area of the face is mostly concentrated on the forehead. The sweat flows from top to bottom and flows into the eye sockets and neck. The face needs to be wiped constantly to keep it dry. Most patients also have facial flushing. In severe cases, the face turns purple-red, presenting a nervous and embarrassed appearance. (2) Excessive sweating of the palms: This is the most common symptom of hyperhidrosis. In mild cases, only the palms become moist, while in severe cases, visible sweat may be secreted from the palms. Sweating is often accompanied by cold palms, and only in a few cases can the fingers remain warm during sweating. (3) Excessive sweating in the armpits: The accumulated sweat in the armpits can easily soak through clothes, and the armpit area will appear as large sweat patches, which is unacceptable in appearance. Because the armpits are hidden, they are prone to bacterial or fungal infections of the skin, which may lead to skin erosion in severe cases. (4) Excessive sweating of the hands and feet: Excessive sweating of the soles of the feet is more likely to accumulate. Even frequent changes of shoes and socks cannot remove sweat and its odor in time. Therefore, the soles of the feet are most likely to develop secondary skin lesions, such as dermatitis, tinea pedis, skin keratosis pilaris, skin herpes, etc. Secondary localized hyperhidrosis is mostly caused by primary diseases (such as inflammation, tumors, injuries, etc.) affecting the peripheral autonomic nerves. For example, lesions in the neck or chest stimulate the adjacent sympathetic nerve trunks, which can cause hyperhidrosis in the area of the body surface on one side that it innervates. After spinal cord injury, the body surface below the injury level may show alternating anhidrosis and hyperhidrosis. |
