Chinese medicine that is good for the uterus

Women should pay attention to the maintenance of their uterus when they are young, which will help prevent the occurrence of gynecological diseases. The reason why we should pay attention to the maintenance of the uterus is that the uterus is one of the important organs in the female reproductive system. If there is a problem with the uterus, it will affect a woman's normal endocrine and fertility. In the process of maintaining the uterus, you can do so by taking the following Chinese medicine regularly.

1. Angelica stimulates the uterus

Angelica sinensis is sweet and warm in nature. It is the best for replenishing blood, activating blood circulation, regulating menstruation and relieving pain. Angelica sinensis also has a regulating effect on uterine smooth muscle. It can not only excite the uterus, but also relieve uterine spasms. Therefore, it is most suitable for maintaining the uterus.

usage:

20 grams of angelica, 300 grams of local chicken, 10 grams each of black fungus and peanuts, 10 red dates, and appropriate amounts of ginger slices, salt and pepper.

Wash the local chicken, cut it into small pieces of 3 cm square, blanch it in boiling water for about 3 minutes, remove it, drain the water and set aside; soak the fungus in clean water for half an hour, then remove the roots and stalks, and tear it into small pieces; wash the peanuts, angelica and red dates. Put all the ingredients into a casserole, add water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 2 hours, and season with pepper and salt.

2. Motherwort regulates the uterus in two directions

Motherwort tastes spicy and is cool in nature. It can promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, and regulate the symptoms of dysmenorrhea caused by blood deficiency and cold stagnation. This is because the medicinal properties contained in motherwort have the function of bidirectionally regulating the uterus. It can not only reduce the excitability of the uterus, but also increase the excitability at the right time. It is used to treat dysmenorrhea, amenorrhea, irregular menstruation, lochia retention and other symptoms.

usage:

20 grams of motherwort, 30 red dates, and 25 grams of brown sugar.

Wash the red dates and motherwort separately, and then soak them for half an hour separately. Add 600 grams of clean water to the soaked motherwort, boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat after boiling and cook for another 30 minutes. Then filter out the medicinal juice and set aside. Continue to add 400 grams of clean water to the pot and cook it into 200 grams of medicinal juice as in the first time. Pour the juice from the two decoctions of Motherwort into the pot, add red dates, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer for 30 minutes over low heat, then add brown sugar and eat after the brown sugar melts.

3. Mugwort leaves regulate uterine coldness

Mugwort is a traditional Chinese medicine that regulates qi and blood, expels cold and dampness, and is the best at warming the meridians and stopping bleeding. In addition, mugwort is warm in nature and can effectively regulate infertility and dysmenorrhea caused by uterine cold. It has a good effect on warming the uterus and stabilizing the fetus. Women with a cold uterus can use mugwort to regulate their discomfort.

usage:

500 grams of fresh mugwort leaves, 150 grams each of glutinous rice and japonica rice, and appropriate amount of brown sugar.

Wash and dry the mugwort leaves, then soak them in water; soak the glutinous rice and japonica rice together, and drain the water after two hours. Beat mugwort, glutinous rice, polished round-grained rice, and sticky rice together into rice paste. Dissolve the brown sugar in a small amount of boiling water, mix it evenly with the rice paste, steam it in a steamer for one hour, take it out and cut it into small pieces with a knife for consumption.
