Unexplained infertility

Patients with unexplained infertility account for 15% to 20% of all infertile patients. 1. Immune factors: The female's serum or cervical mucus contains anti-sperm antibodies, which cause sperm to agglutinate and affect sperm motility.

2. Excessive retroversion of the uterus: Semen is often stored in the posterior fornix of the vagina and is not easy to enter the uterine cavity, and cannot combine with the egg.

3. Hidden abortion: Neither the miscarriage itself nor the doctor can detect it. Before she even found out she was pregnant, she had a miscarriage without realizing it.

4. Imperfect eggs: Ovulation occurs, but the eggs are defective and cannot conceive, or cannot develop into a normal fetus after conception.
