What are the most common causes of infertility?

In our country, every family has their own children. Although society is relatively open and some families do not want children, this idea is still relatively rare in China. Another situation is the inability to have children. Although social development is now progressing, people still eat better than before. However, the number of infertility problems in women and men is increasing year by year. So what are the most common causes of infertility?

Common causes of female infertility include:

1. The fallopian tube is blocked, has water accumulation, is adhered, is too long or is narrow. Fallopian tube disease accounts for 25% of female infertility.

2. Endometriosis, anovulation or luteal insufficiency.

3. Disturbances in marital life, lack of sexual knowledge, systemic diseases and unknown causes, etc. It accounts for about 1/3 of the causes of infertility.

4. As women age, their body functions begin to decline. Before the age of 30 is the best childbearing period for women, but after the age of 30, the chances of female infertility increase.

5. Gynecological diseases include vaginal diseases and uterine diseases. For example, the thinning of the uterine wall caused by the common curettage can prevent the fertilized egg from implanting, or unstable implantation and miscarriage, as well as blockage of the fallopian tube caused by taking contraceptives. Various diseases such as vaginal inflammation and cervicitis are important causes of female infertility.

6. Living in today's world, environmental pollution is inevitable. First, let's look at noise pollution. Pregnancy requires a quiet environment and stable emotions. Living in a noise-polluted environment for a long time will reduce the chance of conception and lead to infertility. The second is air pollution and water pollution, automobile exhaust, factory emissions, haze, and water sources infiltrated by pollution sources. These are external and environmental factors that cause infertility.

7. Peritoneal cavity factors. Since all female internal reproductive organs are located in the peritoneal cavity, if there are some physical or mechanical factors in the peritoneal cavity that hinder the conception process, it will also affect conception. For example, pelvic adhesions, endometriosis, etc., the changes and damage to the anatomical structure of the fallopian tubes may cause infertility.

Since there are many causes of female infertility, before treating infertility, it is important to find out the cause and take targeted treatment measures so that the patient's body can recover more quickly and avoid more pain.
