Which ring is the best?

Many female friends are very familiar with IUD insertion, which is currently the most effective contraceptive method. It can avoid any accidental pregnancy during sexual life. It is also a long-term contraceptive measure that can be placed for about ten years. However, you need to be careful in choosing the intrauterine device, which is very critical. Only when your body adapts to it will there be no rejection.

"IUD insertion" is the most commonly used long-term contraceptive measure for women of childbearing age in my country. Often an IUD can be left in the body for more than ten years. IUD insertion itself is a minor operation, placing a foreign object in the uterine cavity, and it takes some time for the body to adapt. There are round, T-shaped, V-shaped, Y-shaped and chain-shaped ones. IUDs made of different materials and in different shapes have their own characteristics, and therefore can be suitable for women with different physiques and needs.

Although IUD insertion is a common contraceptive measure, it can still cause abnormalities in women's bodies if it is inserted improperly. The harm caused by improper IUD insertion is very serious. In addition to causing physical discomfort, it can also lead to other adverse phenomena.

1. IUD insertion may damage other organs. In rare cases, the IUD may perforate the uterus and enter the abdominal cavity, causing the IUD to become dislocated. The IUD may be misplaced in the bladder, pelvis, or mesentery, causing damage to these organs.

2. IUD insertion is likely to cause uterine perforation. The mechanism by which IUD insertion causes uterine perforation is not clear. It is generally believed that it may be caused by the inappropriate size of the uterus or improper operation by the doctor.

In addition, when women exercise vigorously, the IUD in their body may cause damage to the uterus due to physical inertia, so these two situations are what everyone needs to pay attention to.

Once an intrauterine contraceptive device is placed, it can be used continuously for many years, generally divided into 5 years, 10 years, 15 years, etc.; the types include stainless steel metal ring, silicone ring, plastic ring, etc.; the shapes include round, uterine cavity shape, T-shaped, etc. Except for some women who cannot have an IUD due to their own illness, gynecologists will generally consider the patient's uterine condition and the patient's requirements before choosing an IUD.
