What to do if a pregnant woman has neck pain and cough

If pregnant women feel severe neck pain and have symptoms of coughing, it may be because they do not pay attention to keeping warm in their daily life and have caused symptoms of a cold. 1. Stewed pears with rock sugar: Peel the fresh pears, split them in half and remove the cores. Add appropriate amount of rock sugar and steam them in a pot until soft.

2. Bake oranges: Use chopsticks to make a hole in the center of the bottom of the orange, stuff some salt in it, wrap it with aluminum foil, and bake it in the oven for 15-20 minutes. 4. White radish candy: Cut the white radish into 1 cm dices, put it in a dry, clean container, fill it with honey, cover it tightly, soak it for about 3 days, the water will seep out and mix with the honey, store it in the refrigerator; scoop out a little each time and add warm water to drink, it has a very good cough-relieving effect. If you want to drink it suddenly and don’t have time to soak it, you can grind the white radish, add 1/3 amount of honey, mix well, and then add warm water to drink.

5. Sugar-boiled kumquats: Wash the kumquats, poke two or three holes with a toothpick, add water to cover them and bring to a boil, add rock sugar, simmer over low heat, and eat while hot. Let the unfinished drink cool down and store in the refrigerator. Scoop some out each time and eat it warm.

6. Do not eat sweets such as candies and biscuits. Cold, dry foods that can easily cause inflammation, such as peanuts, melon seeds, fried foods, etc. should also be avoided.

Method 3: For those with severe colds and high fever, in addition to general treatment, body temperature should be controlled as quickly as possible. Physical cooling methods can be used, such as placing ice cubes on the forehead and neck; you can also choose to use medication to reduce temperature. Never take western medicines such as Analgin that have serious side effects. When choosing antipyretic analgesics, avoid using drugs that have obvious adverse effects on pregnant women, fetuses and newborns, such as aspirin. Antipyretic analgesics such as acetaminophen can be used under the guidance of a doctor.

Method 4: You can also use folk remedies.

Ingredients: A handful of raw green beans, three sections of green onions (close to the roots), three large slices of brown sugar, a tablespoon, and a bowl of water;

Preparation method:

① Put the mung beans into a garlic mortar and mash them. Put them into a large covered cup and add a spoonful of brown sugar for later use.

② Add a bowl of water to the pot, bring it to a boil, put in the scallion and ginger slices and cook for a while (one or two minutes), pour the soup and ingredients into a covered cup, cover it with a lid and simmer for a while, then take out the scallion and ginger and serve.

Directions: Before going to bed at night, drink the prepared sweet and spicy soup while it is hot, and then cover your head to sleep. Until you sweat all over.
