When does a woman go through menopause?

Many women use various drugs to postpone their menopause, because for female friends, the day of menopause means the arrival of menopause, and after menopause, the ovaries of women will age rapidly. When the ovaries of women age, the skin of women will become loose and aged. Most women are afraid of aging, so what is the approximate age of women's menopause?

Main symptoms of menopause

Irregular menstrual cycle, with intermittent menstrual flow, varying amounts of menstrual flow, and a gradual decrease in menstrual volume; irritability, easy excitement, panic, lack of concentration, mood swings; facial flushing, frequent sweating, headaches; high blood pressure, joint pain, weight gain, etc. But not all symptoms may appear in a person; some may only experience a few of them.

1 Menopause is the period before and after menopause, so it is also called perimenopause. Generally between 45 and 55 years old. During this period, women experience some physiological changes, and some women may experience the following symptoms:

(1) Menstrual disorders: It is the most common and prominent symptom in menopausal women. Menstruation is often delayed, sometimes only occurring once every few months, and the amount of menstruation gradually decreases. When estrogen becomes less and less and can no longer cause changes in the endometrium, menstruation stops, which is called menopause.

(2) Hot flashes: Hot flashes are one of the main characteristics of menopause. Some women experience a decrease in estrogen levels and blood calcium levels during menopause. They may experience hot flashes, flushing, sweating, dizziness, and palpitations. The duration of the hot flashes may be one or two minutes or 12 to 15 minutes.

(3) Neurological and mental disorders: Some women have significant fluctuations in blood pressure and may experience emotional instability, irritability, personality changes, memory loss, etc.

(4) Cardiovascular and lipid metabolism disorders: Coronary heart disease and diabetes may occur.

(5) Degeneration of the musculoskeletal system: pain in the waist, back, and limbs occurs, and some women develop frozen shoulder and cervical spondylosis.

Women often experience some symptoms during menopause. They are neither organic diseases nor insurmountable or permanent pathological conditions once they occur. Menopause is a transitional period of endocrine changes, and different people naturally react differently to it. Some people realize that some changes in menopause, especially menopause, are inevitable processes, and they will take it calmly, accepting it as a part of life. They do not feel any burden or worry, nor do they have any symptoms, and they enter old age safely.

The most obvious symptoms of menopause, and the earliest ones to appear, are hot flashes, sweating, and panic. This is a series of manifestations of vasodilation and vasoconstriction disorders. Hot flashes are a common symptom of menopausal syndrome. In a national survey, the incidence of hot flashes was 28.6% in menopausal women, and in foreign countries it was 62.5-80%. Patients often unconsciously have a sudden and strong feeling of fever, which spreads from the upper trunk, especially the neck and face, upward to the top of the head, and then disappears naturally. Sweating follows, and the skin feels irritated or slightly cold. It can occur at any time of the day or night, and each time lasts from a few seconds to a few minutes. Some people have an attack once occasionally; some people have an attack every time they are active, eating or emotionally unstable, and even as frequently as 30 to 50 times a day. They often wake up from sleep with heat, sweating and affecting their sleep, resulting in dizziness, headaches, and great distress.
