3. In addition, some infertile women have antibodies to their own zona pellucida in their serum, which can prevent sperm from penetrating the egg and fertilizing it, and can also cause infertility;

4. Infertility caused by sexual dysfunction, lack of sexual knowledge, systemic diseases and unknown reasons accounts for about 1/3 of the causes of infertility.

The reason for not being able to conceive is not necessarily infertility. It may be that the bodies of both husband and wife are not suitable for the fertilized egg to implant, or that although the man is in good health, his sperm is weak and the chance of survival is very small, thus leading to infertility.
