Can I sleep with my partner after I found out I'm pregnant?

Normally, you should not sleep in the same bed when you just detect that you are pregnant. Doing so will cause threatened miscarriage and even increase the chance of spontaneous abortion. After all, the placenta in your abdomen is still in a growth and development stage at this time. If you have intense sexual intercourse, the placenta will become unstable, and you will enter an extremely unstable period.

Here are three things to keep in mind when having sex during pregnancy!

1. Prohibition of sexual intercourse

From the beginning of pregnancy to the end of the third month of pregnancy, the placenta is in the development stage, especially the connection between the placenta and the mother's uterine wall is not tight. Sexual intercourse can cause the uterus to vibrate, which can easily cause miscarriage. During sexual intercourse, the pregnant woman's pelvic cavity becomes congested and the uterus contracts, which can also increase the chance of miscarriage. Therefore, sexual intercourse should be avoided as much as possible within 3 months.

2. Reduce sexual intercourse

Pregnant women in the 4th to 9th month of pregnancy are relatively stable and can have sexual intercourse once a week, but be careful not to last too long each time, and be careful not to directly and strongly stimulate the female sexual organs, and keep the movements gentle. If sexual intercourse is too frequent, too forceful, or lasts too long during this stage, it will compress the abdomen and cause premature rupture of the amniotic membrane. The fetus will die quickly or suffer miscarriage due to lack of nutrition and oxygen. Even if the amniotic membrane is not ruptured and miscarriage does not occur, the uterus may be infected, which may lead to fetal death in severe cases and affect the physical and cognitive development of the fetus in mild cases.

3. Absolutely no sex life

In the late pregnancy, especially in the month before delivery, that is, after 9 months of pregnancy, the fetus begins to descend toward the birth canal and the pregnant woman's cervix gradually softens. If sexual intercourse occurs during this period, the fetal membrane will rupture prematurely, there is a high possibility of intrauterine infection, and amniotic fluid overflow (i.e., water breaking) may occur. At the same time, in the late stages of pregnancy, because the uterus is more sensitive and can be directly stimulated by the outside world, there is a possibility of sudden uterine contractions and inducing premature birth. Therefore, sexual intercourse must be absolutely prohibited in the late stages of pregnancy.

1. Effects on the skin

When you are angry, the increased toxins in the brain's blood will stimulate the hair follicles, causing varying degrees of inflammation around the hair follicles, resulting in pigmentation problems.

2. Effects on the uterus and breast

When men get angry, it hurts their livers; when women get angry, it hurts their breasts and uterus. The breast is connected to the spleen and stomach system, and the uterus is connected to the liver. If the qi rises, it will damage the mammary glands, and if it sinks, it will damage the uterus.

3. Effects on the thyroid gland

Being angry all the time can cause thyroid dysfunction and hyperthyroidism.
