Why do women have pimples on their faces?

Women are most likely to get acne on their faces before their menstrual period, because the estrogen in women's bodies will rise rapidly before their menstrual period, which can easily lead to endocrine disorders and cause acne. However, after menstruation, the acne will disappear immediately. However, sometimes, improper use of cosmetics can also easily cause acne. So what is the reason for acne on women's faces?

1. Unclean skin

The stratum corneum of the skin is the outermost layer of tissue of the skin, and 28 days is a metabolic cycle of the outermost layer of stratum corneum. If the stratum corneum does not metabolize normally and becomes thick, the sebaceous glands cannot discharge normally, making it easy for acne to form on the face.

2. Life stress

When you feel bored, nervous or unhappy, stress hormones are secreted in your body. The skin's circulation mechanism will also be disrupted, leading to a decrease in immunity. The skin's resistance to bacteria becomes lower, causing symptoms such as inflammation. The acne that appears at this time is usually an outward manifestation of a poorly functioning organ in the body.

3. Touching the face and supporting the chin

In fact, this most unintentional action is a killer of facial skin. Our hands are the part that most often touches external objects, so naturally they are also stained with a lot of dust and bacteria. When you touch your face carelessly, you transfer the bacteria on your hands to your face, causing acne.

4. Endocrine disorders

Before one problem is solved, another one arises. Many people keep getting acne on their faces, which may be caused by endocrine disorders. When endocrine disorders lead to an increase in androgen, the pores will become larger and the skin will become relatively rough, which will lead to the secretion of more oil, providing a breeding ground for Propionibacterium acnes.

5. Oily skin

Because the skin is oily, the sebaceous glands are overdeveloped and the sebum secretion is excessive. If the pores are clogged or oil cannot be discharged smoothly due to other reasons, the sebaceous glands will continue to secrete, and sebum will accumulate in the pores, causing bulges and pimples.

6. Digestive system

In traditional Chinese medicine theory, the area corresponding to the forehead is the forehead, so if you have eaten too much junk food or heavy-tasting food recently, these pimples may also be your stomach and intestines protesting.
