If there is obvious swelling, it may be fat liquefaction or inflammation. Go to the hospital and ask the doctor to see it. With the improvement of material conditions, many pregnant women choose cesarean section during childbirth due to psychological fear of pain such as uterine contractions, perineum pain, and forceps pain. In the medical pain index, labor pain ranks second only to burning pain. This also causes many pregnant women without medical conditions, despite knowing the benefits of natural childbirth, to choose caesarean section because they are afraid of labor pain. Caesarean section is not only not conducive to maternal and child care, but also increases the risk factor when conceiving a second child.

Professor Duan Tao stressed that "Cesarean section has become a safe and painless delivery method in the minds of many pregnant women, resulting in many cesarean sections without surgical indications. At present, with the relaxation of the two-child policy in my country, scarred uterus will become a high cesarean section trend, and the disadvantage is the occurrence of intrauterine bleeding and complications in pregnant women. In fact, labor analgesia technology has been perfected."

Lack of awareness of labor analgesia

Unlike pregnant women in my country who choose cesarean section due to fear of pain, pregnant women in European countries tend to choose labor analgesia. "Labor analgesia" refers to labor analgesia. Currently, the most widely used, safest and most effective method of labor analgesia in countries around the world is spinal anesthesia (spinal anesthesia or epidural analgesia), which is actually an anesthesia operation.

Labor analgesia can reduce the symptoms of pregnant women, so that pregnant mothers no longer experience the torture of pain, reduce the fear of labor and fatigue after giving birth, and allow pregnant women to rest in the first stage of labor which takes the longest time. When the cervix is ​​dilated all day, pregnant women have enough strength to give birth due to the accumulated energy. Labor analgesia can reduce unnecessary oxygen consumption, avoid the occurrence of metabolic acidosis caused by maternal and infant respiratory acidosis, and at the same time prevent uterine embryo blood reduction and improve fetal oxygenation.
