Chlamydia (n.gonorrhoeae) is a harsh parasite that is often found in the white blood cell counts of purulent secretions of acute urethritis and vaginitis. Its shape and color are similar to those of meningococci. The pathogen that causes gonorrhea is Neisseria gonorrhoeae, also known as Chlamydia. This type of pathogen has the ability to self-adapt and can acquire drug resistance through genetic mutations, or at least reduce the effectiveness of drugs, and it has developed this immunity to more and more types of antibiotics, first penicillin, then tetracycline, ciprofloxacin, and now cephalexin. 1. Chlamydia infection symptoms in women After women are infected with Chlamydia, they mainly have the following symptoms: Gonorrhea infects the cervix, causing cervicitis, which is easily accompanied by increased female secretions, lower abdominal distension and pain, and back pain; Gonorrhea infects the urethra, causing urethritis, with frequent urination, urgency, inability to hold urine, or vaginal swelling, and purulent secretions when squeezed; Infects the pelvis, causing pelvic inflammatory disease, which is mostly manifested by an abnormal increase in leucorrhea, pain when pressing the adnexa, accompanied by fever, nausea, and vomiting. 2. Gonococcal urethritis Gonococcal urethritis is an inflammation caused by gonococci infecting the urethral opening, which is manifested by abnormal secretion, painful urination or discomfort in the urethral opening. If the treatment is timely, it is relatively easy to eliminate; but if the treatment is not timely, gonococci can easily move back and invade the prostate, seminal vesicles, epididymal cysts and bladder, causing more serious inflammation, so it is necessary to actively deal with the treatment. Types and methods of medication: Ceftriaxone, intramuscular injection or intravenous drip once a day; penicillin, intramuscular injection once a day, 2g for men and 1g for women; oral administration of macrolides, cephalosporins and other antibiotics for one week. 3. Gonorrhea positive A positive gonococcal test indicates gonorrhea, a purulent urinary tract infection caused by Neisseria gonorrhoeae. The main mode of transmission is sexual intercourse. This disease is very easy to infect the urethral orifice, cervical endometrium, and some of it will cause certain damage to the duodenum and eye. Women may develop endometritis and salpingitis; men may develop epididymitis and prostatitis. During treatment, high-efficiency antibiotics such as ceftriaxone sodium and spectinomycin are generally used. If it is combined with mycoplasma infection, azithromycin and other treatments are required. 4. How to treat chlamydia Chlamydia infection is a common infectious disease in men and women. Chlamydia mainly affects the genitourinary system, so during treatment, the affected area is mainly cleaned with medicines or saline. There are many drugs for treating chlamydia in clinical medicine, the more common ones include ciprofloxacin and levofloxacin. Note: During the treatment period, you should also avoid unclean sexual life. In addition, during treatment, the use of antibiotics such as amoxicillin capsules can have very good results in treating chlamydia infections. |
