Inositol, Cholecystokinin, Ovarian Cyst

Cystic ovary is a disease that needs to be taken seriously. This is a disease for women. If a woman suffers from this disease, she may experience irregular menstruation or even dysmenorrhea. In fact, this is just the early stage of polycystic ovary, and the treatment is relatively simple. It can be treated with cholesterol and choline. If you have any symptoms of infertility, you need to see a doctor immediately.

Traditional production methods

The traditional production method of inositol is pressure hydrolysis. Since the pressure hydrolysis method has many years of practical experience in industrial production, it is the main process technology used by domestic manufacturers, and the process is also constantly being improved in production. The general process of pressure hydrolysis method: Phytin (hydrolysis) → hydrolyzate (neutralization, filtration) → inositol solution (impurity removal, concentration, crystallization and centrifugation) → crude inositol (dissolution, impurity removal, crystallization and centrifugation) → fine product. Among them, hydrolysis and refining are two key steps.

Sodium Phytate Hydrolyzed

Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology has developed a new process that uses corn steep water as raw material, produces sodium phytate by ion exchange resin adsorption, and then produces inositol by pressurized hydrolysis reaction. The new process produces inositol while also co-producing disodium hydrogen phosphate (the output of disodium hydrogen phosphate is about 12 times that of inositol), effectively recovering organic phosphorus in grains and opening up a new path for the recovery of organic phosphorus in agricultural and sideline products.

Brief description of production process: Corn steep water is adsorbed by ion exchange resin to obtain a sodium phytate solution of a certain concentration, which is then subjected to pressurized hydrolysis reaction to generate inositol and disodium hydrogen phosphate. After a certain reaction time, the material is discharged, filtered, cooled, and crystallized to precipitate disodium hydrogen phosphate crystals. The hydrolysis reaction liquid from which disodium hydrogen phosphate crystals are precipitated is passed through anion and cation exchange resins in sequence and is repeatedly purified until the anion and cation concentrations in the hydrolysis reaction liquid reach the specified standard.

1. Non-genetic theory of PCOS

Studies have shown that the hormonal environment in the uterus during pregnancy affects the endocrine state of the individual in adulthood. Exposure to high-concentration androgen environments during pregnancy, such as mothers with a history of PCOS or mothers with congenital adrenal hyperplasia and poorly controlled hyperandrogenism, can easily lead to ovulatory dysfunction after puberty.
