Although childbirth brings lovely babies to pregnant women, it also brings serious damage to women's private parts. Many pregnant women who have given birth naturally find that their private parts are not as tight and flawless as before giving birth, which causes them a lot of distress. What should they do after giving birth to restore their private parts to their original state? The doctor said that most women who give birth naturally will experience this condition, but it will recover in 3 months. In my own experience, this is not the case. It took me less than a year to recover after giving birth to a boy. Before that, I always felt nothing when I had sex with my husband! So what can be done to improve this situation? Yoga There is a method in yoga to contract the vagina during meditation: without thinking about any problems, contract the vagina actively, and you will feel it. Each contraction lasts about 3 minutes, and you can contract about 3 or 4 times a day. In fact, you can meditate once whenever you can remember, but the frequency should not be too much. It takes time for the vagina to relax and recover, so remember not to be impatient! You don’t have to do yoga. You can do it when you are sitting and have nothing to do. You don’t have to do it for a long time, at least you can remember it. This method is very practical and has a significant recovery effect, but you have to stick to it! This is the method I followed, and it works! Kegel exercises This is recommended by the doctor. It means that when you really want to defecate (go to the toilet), hold it in for 2 or 3 minutes before going. But remember that it is not recommended to hold back for too long at a time during the anal lifting exercise, as this can easily cause constipation or even hemorrhoids when the heat is high after childbirth. When you feel like defecating, hold back for a while and go to the toilet immediately. Otherwise, the gains will outweigh the losses. Not only will it not have the effect of tightening the vagina, it can also easily cause constipation or hemorrhoids, which will be more troublesome to treat later! Contraction of the vagina while lying down This exercise has a similar method to yoga in contracting the vagina, but it is more direct. However, it should not be used too many times a day. When you are lying flat on your back, and only when you are sleeping, put a finger into your vagina and contract it. If the vagina tightens around your finger, it means that your contraction of the vagina is effective. Remember this feeling and have this feeling while doing yoga meditation. You can do it for 3 or 4 minutes at a time, and do it every day. Don't be impatient, take your time! Urine holding exercise This method can also be used, and it can also shrink the vagina, but I can't use it because I compressed the urethra during my previous pregnancy, and it has formed a habit that I have to go to the toilet quickly when I want to! Pay attention to exercise and nutrition after childbirth You should also exercise properly after childbirth to speed up the healing of wounds, improve your own resistance, and stimulate the body's function to recover so that the vaginal contraction can be properly restored! A properly nutritious diet can also stimulate the body to recover quickly! Vaginal tightening surgery This is a private cosmetic surgery, and many private cosmetic hospitals make a lot of money from this surgery. In fact, for younger mothers (20-40 years old), there is no need to do this private surgery, and it is not recommended. Because material resources are more abundant now, everyone's nutrition is sufficient, so everyone's skin is more elastic, the body recovers faster, and the vagina tightens and recovers faster. Cesarean section In fact, I do not recommend this method, because although cesarean section does not affect the tightness of the vagina, it can cause great harm to women's bodies. Women who can give birth naturally are advised to do so. After my natural birth, my vaginal wound had completely healed in one month and no scars were left. Although the cesarean section is not painful because of anesthesia, it will be very painful to press the blood congestion after delivery, and the doctor will have to press the blood congestion during the entire hospitalization period. I have seen them suffer from blood stasis during cesarean sections. They were in so much pain that they were afraid of the doctors, and they were afraid when the doctors came to make rounds. And the recovery after discharge from the hospital is also very slow, so the chance of giving birth naturally next time will be much smaller. If everyone uses these methods well, it is certain that the vagina will be successfully restored to elasticity. Actually, I have always known these methods, but I didn’t remember to do these exercises until I was taking care of my baby and weaning him, so it was a little late. Now our sex life has returned to the state before having children! Isn’t it great! Although the latter two methods are not recommended, if you have to use them, you should listen to the doctor's advice and not be stubborn!
