How to stop menstruation immediately

How to stop menstruation immediately

Menstruation is a physiological manifestation of women, but many women do not fully understand it, because menstruation makes women's bodies more fragile. In this respect, women are weaker than men. This is a physiological reason. Menstruation also causes a lot of inconvenience in women’s lives. So many women get their period when they are doing an important thing. How can they stop their period immediately?

1. How to stop menstruation immediately

There are several ways. But first of all, it should be said that these methods are more or less harmful to the body. Unless it is absolutely necessary, do not interrupt the normal menstrual cycle. The following methods come at the cost of harming your body, and at the very least they will affect your next menstruation. If it is not urgent, I suggest you don't use it.

1. Take birth control pills. Interference with normal menstrual patterns. (This method may affect the next menstruation)

2. Drink brown sugar water. This is also the best way for your body. Lots of water with brown sugar. You want the kind that's just boiling in the pot. Drink it while hot. The amount of menstrual flow will increase on the second day. Drinking it continuously for one or two days will usually end your menstruation.

3. Eat cold drinks. Eating cold drinks can cause uterine cold, which can lead to sudden amenorrhea. This method comes at the cost of harming the body.

2. How to delay menstruation

1. Ask your doctor to prescribe birth control pills. Contraceptive pills can delay menstruation, which is indeed a useful method in special circumstances. Contraceptive pills have side effects for some women, such as causing blood clots. Therefore, before taking any medicine, you must first have a thorough understanding of it.

2. Do not take inactive tablets in the medicine pack. Generally, one pack of birth control pills is enough for one menstrual cycle, and contains 21 hormone tablets (containing hormones for regulating menstruation) and 7 placebo tablets without hormones. If you skip the placebo pills and start taking the next pack directly, your period will not come.

3. When you feel your period is coming, resume your original medication schedule. Once the special situation has passed, medication should be resumed as normal immediately. But if you don't want to have periods anymore, you can consider asking your doctor to continue prescribing birth control pills.
