If you sit in an air-conditioned room for a long time, it is best to put on a thin blanket to keep warm and avoid catching a cold.

4. Pay attention to hygiene. Choose soft, pure cotton underwear with good ventilation and permeability, and wash and change it frequently. The underwear that is changed frequently should be placed in the sun to dry. There is no need to have sex during menstruation.
