2 months pregnant with spotting but no abdominal pain

The first sign of pregnancy is amenorrhea, which is something all female friends are familiar with, so if there is bleeding during pregnancy, is it necessarily abnormal? If it is mild bleeding, it may be physiological, such as embryo implantation, which will cause bleeding in certain people. But why is there spotting but no abdominal pain in the second month of pregnancy? Let’s discuss the interpretation below.

Why do I have a little bleeding after pregnancy?

1. Excessive fatigue

Symptoms: Bleeding is similar to that during menstruation, the blood is bright red, but there are no blood clots. Pregnant women feel tired and in poor spirits, and are prone to always wanting to sleep.

2. Premature babies

Symptoms: In the second and third trimesters of pregnancy, pregnant mothers experience vaginal spotting, amniotic fluid rupture, the uterus contracts significantly and causes a feeling of falling, and the abdomen becomes noticeably hard. These are symptoms of premature birth.

3. Placenta previa

Symptoms: Painless, recurrent vaginal bleeding without cause in late pregnancy or before labor. The time of vaginal bleeding, the frequency of recurrence, and the amount of bleeding are all related to the type of placenta previa.

4. Ectopic pregnancy

Symptoms: Usually occurs around the second month of pregnancy, accompanied by varying degrees of nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain. Once the fallopian tube pregnancy ruptures, internal bleeding and severe abdominal pain will occur, which is very likely to lead to shock.

5. Miscarriage

Symptoms: In the third month of pregnancy, there is vaginal bleeding or brown fluid discharge, often accompanied by abdominal pain, back pain, and discharge of blood clots and pregnancy substances.

How many days does early pregnancy bleeding appear?

If it is physiological bleeding, it will usually stop on its own within 3-5 days. If the bleeding is long-term, it may be a threatened miscarriage. Pregnancy means amenorrhea, which is known to everyone, but in the early stages of pregnancy, when the sperm and egg combine to embed into the uterus, there is usually one or two days of light bleeding.
