When we need to stand for a long time, we can take turns putting one foot on a footstool about 20 to 30 centimeters high, which can reduce the pressure on the back.

3. Daily diet and health care

It may be caused by calcium deficiency. Eat more calcium-supplementing foods. If the calcium deficiency is severe, you can take calcium tablets.
