How to treat tofu in women's private parts

Normal leucorrhea should be white or grayish white in color, transparent and sticky in texture, and should not cause itching of the vulva or have any odor. Leucorrhea is a normal body fluid that flows out of the female vagina. Its color and smell can reflect whether a woman has gynecological diseases. If the leucorrhea appears to be in the form of tofu dregs, it is a typical manifestation of abnormal leucorrhea, and often indicates that women may have candidal vaginitis.

2. Treatment of leucorrhea with tofu residue

Prescription: 30 grams of Dictamni Cortex, 30 grams of Phellodendron Amurense, 30 grams of Sophora Flavescentis, 30 grams of Cnidium monnieri, and 3 grams of Borneol. Wrap the medicine in white cloth, boil and extract 2000 ml of juice, steam the vulva while it is still hot, wait until the liquid cools down and then sit in bath for 20 minutes, 1 to 2 times a day. Take out the medicine bag and dry it before fumigation. It can be used again. One course of treatment is 7 days. After soaking and washing, insert 1 clotrimazole suppository or dacrylin suppository into the vagina and apply the above ointment to the vulva.

1. Yellow foamy leucorrhea

The leucorrhea is yellow, grayish yellow or yellow-green in color, mixed with foam like rice soup, has a fishy smell, is irritating, and comes in a large amount, often wetting the crotch of the pants, and can cause itching or burning sensation in the vagina or vulva. This type of leucorrhea is more common in Trichomonas vaginitis. It is sometimes seen in endometritis or vaginal foreign bodies.

2. White tofu-like leucorrhea

The leucorrhea is milky white and coagulated into small pieces, like tofu dregs, and the amount is large. Sometimes there is a white film-like substance attached to the vulva, which is not easy to wipe off. It is often accompanied by vulvar itching and burning pain. It is common in candidal vulvovaginitis and sometimes can be seen in women with diabetes and pregnant women.

There is blood mixed in the leucorrhea, the amount of blood is uncertain, and the bleeding increases after sexual intercourse or defecation. It is common in benign or malignant tumors, and can also be seen in cervical polyps, cervical tuberculosis, severe chronic cervicitis, endometritis, uterine extrusion, senile vaginitis and carriers of intrauterine devices (a contraceptive tool).

4. Watery leucorrhea

This kind of leucorrhea is like yellow water or meat washing water, and some are like rice soup and have a foul odor. It is common in cervical cancer, uterine body cancer, and fallopian tube cancer, and is sometimes also seen in submucosal uterine fibroids and cervical polyps with infection.

5. Purulent leucorrhea

It is pus-like, yellow or yellow-green, sticky like snot, and has a foul odor. It is more common in endometritis, acute pelvic inflammatory disease, senile vaginitis, cervical tuberculosis, submucous uterine fibroids, uterine prolapse, vaginal foreign bodies, and sometimes also in chronic cervicitis.
