3. Missed aspiration: If a pregnant woman still has early pregnancy reactions after an artificial abortion, in addition to the fact that uterine malformations affect the success of the operation, there is often another situation, that is, because the position of the uterus is not good, or the surgeon is timid and fails to aspirate the embryonic tissue, causing the fetus to continue to grow and develop in the uterus. Pregnant women should not have any illusions about this and should go to the hospital for surgery as soon as possible. If the urine pregnancy test is positive and B-ultrasound confirms the presence of a fetus and fetal heartbeat, it is often because the pregnant woman has a uterine malformation, such as a double uterus or a septate uterus.
