1. Sports massage

You can do exercises to expand your chest and slim your arms, and use the contraction of the pectoralis major and arm muscles to improve the condition of your accessory breasts. You can massage your accessory breasts every morning and evening, with your hands hanging naturally, and you can see the concave and convex parts between the armpits and the chest. Concave part: Use the middle finger and thumb to pinch gently repeatedly with appropriate force, 30 times on each side. 2. Mechanical repetitive massage
