Anti-freckle powder: 250 grams of winter melon seeds, 25 grams of lotus seed powder. Grind the winter melon seeds and lotus seed powder, take 15 grams daily with boiled water. For external use, grind equal amounts of dried peach blossoms and dried winter melon seeds (shelled) into fine powder, add appropriate amount of honey and mix well. You must drink more water, eat more green vegetables, more carrots and hawthorns. Try to eat less salt during this period to reduce the production of melanin.

Eat more foods containing vitamin C, because vitamin C can reduce dopaquinone to dopa, thereby inhibiting the production of melanin.

There is also a method using egg yolk, which is the simplest and suitable for anyone. Just use a raw egg, crack it, take out the yolk, throw away the egg white, mash the raw yolk, and apply it evenly on the affected area. You will see results after half a month of persistence.
