What are the reasons for women's nosebleeds

People often experience nosebleeds in daily life. According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, nosebleeds are caused by the upward reverse flow of qi and blood. When the weather is very dry, the capillaries in the nasal cavity will become fragile, which can easily cause the capillaries to rupture and cause nosebleeds. If women often experience nosebleeds, it may be caused by some diseases.

Normal reasons

When the nasal cavity is too dry, the capillaries inside will rupture and cause bleeding. Clinically, 90% of nosebleeds are vascular bleeding caused by ruptured blood vessels. Patients do not need to be too nervous about this. In most cases, they can handle it by themselves and stop the bleeding in time. Most children's nosebleeds occur in the nasal septum. The nasal septum vascular network is a nasal bleeding area that is prone to nasal bleeding and is located relatively forward. There is a layer of pink mucous membrane in the nasal cavity with abundant blood vessels distributed on the mucosa. When inhaling external air, the nasal mucosa has the functions of heating, warming, humidifying and filtering the air. In a dry climate, the nasal mucosa is prone to dryness, scabs and even bleeding. Some children like to pick their noses with their fingers, which can easily damage the nasal mucosa and cause bleeding. Nosebleeds are not terrible, but if you are too nervous, it will cause high blood pressure and aggravate bleeding.

Disease Causes

Endometriosis causes nosebleeds

In a normal female body, the endometrium is evacuated along this prescribed route. However, if it takes advantage of the backflow of menstrual blood to enter the abdominal cavity, take root, grow and spread, it can easily form pelvic endometriosis. Or if it enters the lymphatic and venous entrances from the end of the open ducts, that would be a symptom of endometriosis.

If you happen to fall in love with the "nasal cavity" at this time, then it will begin to exist in the mucous membrane tissue of the nasal cavity for a long time, and the endometrium will have periodic bleeding due to changes in ovarian hormones.

In this way, a small hematoma will be formed at the settlement point, but the mucosal tissue in the nasal cavity is relatively fragile, and the hematoma can easily break through the barrier and cause bleeding. The capillary network in the nasal mucosa will make the nosebleed more serious.

Therefore, if nose bleeding continues during menstruation, it may be a symptom of endometriosis. Female friends must not ignore this and should seek medical treatment immediately.

Causes of Endometriosis

1. Abortion surgery

Artificially transplanting the endometrium to certain parts of the body is common in cesarean sections, early and mid-term pregnancy curettage, and induced abortions, all of which can lead to the occurrence of endometriosis.

2. Genetics

Endometriosis can also be inherited. Endometriosis has a certain genetic tendency and family clustering. Many people with a family history of the disease suffer from this disease.
