2. Urine is formed in the kidneys and excreted from the body through the ureters, bladder, and urethra. The epithelial cells in urine may have been shed in the ducts of these organs. The shedding of the epithelial cells on the tube wall may be caused by the impact of urine substances or cell aging, which weakens or makes the adhesion of the epithelial cells insufficient.
