2. Perisalpingitis: When pelvic peritonitis is caused by miscarriage, infection after delivery, appendicitis and other diseases, lesions will occur in the serosa or seromuscular layer of the fallopian tube, causing adhesions around the fallopian tube and twisting and narrowing of the lumen.
