The best time to recover from pelvic pain

The best time to recover from pelvic pain

Modern women, due to the development of transportation and the intelligence of some household appliances, now use tools instead of doing housework or walking, so the ligaments, lower body and chicken around the pelvis of women are underdeveloped. In addition, the pelvis will become more loose after pregnancy, especially after giving birth, the pelvis will relax to the maximum extent, and the pelvic wheel will become unstable. So when is the best time for our pelvis to recover after childbirth? ?

Generally speaking, your body will return to normal within one to two months after delivery. However, the condition of the pelvis will not automatically return to its pre-delivery state and requires postpartum care and exercise. It is ideal to tighten the pelvis within 2 months. Because it takes 2 months for the ligament to return to its original hardness.

1. Pelvic recovery after normal delivery

If you want to restore your pelvic bones after a normal birth, you can correct and recover them through exercise.

(1) Standing exercise: Stand with your legs slightly apart, contract the hip muscles on both sides to clamp them together, bring the thighs together, turn the knees outward, and then contract the sphincter to move the vagina upward. After patient training, you can learn to distinguish the contraction and relaxation of the vaginal and anal sphincters, improve the relaxation of the vagina, and enhance the vagina's clamping function.

(2) Horizontal exercise: Lie on your back with your buttocks on the edge of the bed. Straighten your legs and stretch them out in the air, but don't touch the ground. Hold the edge of the bed with both hands to prevent you from sliding off. Close your legs and slowly lift them up, bringing them closer to your upper body and straightening your knees. When your legs are raised above your torso, hold your legs with both hands and bring them closer to your abdomen, keeping your knees straight. Then, slowly lower your legs to their original position. Repeat this six times, once a day, year round.

2. Pelvic recovery after cesarean section

Whether it is a natural birth or a caesarean section, the mother's pelvis will become larger after giving birth. This is what expectant mothers often refer to as a big butt after childbirth. To change the big buttocks after childbirth and prevent various adverse symptoms caused by pelvic relaxation, expectant mothers should prepare a pelvic belt for themselves before giving birth. There has long been a misunderstanding that many expectant mothers believe that a caesarean section can help them maintain their figure better and prevent a big butt after childbirth. In fact, this is wrong.

Mothers who have undergone caesarean sections always tend to think that their pelvis is less likely to have problems. In fact, the pelvis after caesarean section is also open and relaxed. Therefore, mothers who have caesarean sections, like mothers who give birth naturally, must use a pelvic belt to tighten the pelvis in time after delivery.

During pregnancy, the pelvis expands due to the action of a hormone called relaxant factor. After the baby is born, the pelvis reaches its most relaxed state and the uterus also sags. Therefore, if it is not tightened effectively and in time, in serious cases, symptoms such as inability to walk, symphysis pubis separation, and continuous bleeding may sometimes occur. Negative symptoms such as urinary incontinence, constipation, and low back pain are also common after delivery.

If possible, it is ideal to tighten the pelvis within 2 months. Because it takes 2 months for the ligament to return to its original hardness. However, when you feel that there is not much difference between lacing and not lacing, there is no need to force lacing and make people feel annoyed. Some mothers continue to use it until six months after giving birth, and the results are very good. It’s up to you, mom, to decide based on your own experience.
