2. Chestnut stewed chicken wings

Ingredients: chestnuts, chicken wings, bell peppers, cooking oil, cooking wine, dark soy sauce, onions, ginger, garlic, etc.

Method: Wash the chestnuts. Use scissors to cut a cross at the top of each chestnut. Put water in the pot and bring it to a boil, enough to cover the chestnuts. Ingredients: half a cup of purple rice (measuring cup), 50 grams of lotus seeds, 20 grams of rock sugar, and 6 bowls of water.
