3) Scientific Diet Breast size depends on the amount of breast tissue and fat. The best period for breast development is for women between the ages of 20 and 25. Therefore, moderately increasing the amount of fat in the chest is the most natural and healthy way to improve fullness. In addition, you should pay attention to eating more foods rich in vitamin E and vitamin B. Because vitamin E can promote the development and improvement of the ovaries, thereby increasing the number of mature egg cells and enlarging the corpus luteum cells. The egg cell is an important place for hormone secretion. When the secretion of estrogen increases, it will stimulate breast development. Therefore, you should eat more foods rich in vitamin E, such as cabbage, cabbage heart, sunflower oil, rapeseed oil and so on. Vitamin B2 is an indispensable component for the synthesis of estrogen in the body. Foods rich in vitamin B2 include animal liver, kidney, heart, eggs, milk and its products. Foods rich in vitamin B6 include cereals, beans, lean meat, yeast, etc.

4) Beneficial exercises to make breasts fuller and more elastic require strengthening of the chest muscles, such as doing push-ups and single and double bar exercises; or taking several deep breaths every morning and evening, which can also promote breast development. Swimming can massage the chest through the pressure of water, which helps to develop the chest muscles evenly.
