Three Chinese patent medicines

Chinese patent medicine mainly improves patients' symptoms by promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, clearing away heat and removing dampness, promoting blood circulation and detoxifying, and tonifying the kidney. If the main symptom is pain, it is advisable to use blood-activating and detoxifying, blood-stasis-removing and stagnation-removing drugs. If the symptoms are mainly bladder and posterior urethra irritation symptoms such as frequent urination, urgency and incomplete urination, blood-activating and detoxifying, heat-clearing and dampness-removing drugs should be used. If the symptoms are fatigue, back pain, neurasthenia and sexual dysfunction, blood-activating and detoxifying, kidney-tonifying drugs should be used. Commonly used medicines include Prostacon, Prostashutong Capsules, Longbishu Capsules, Longqing Tablets, Prostashuhuichun Capsules, Prostashuan Suppositories and so on. Chinese patent medicines are generally used according to the course of treatment.

Four anti-inflammatory drugs

For type II and type IIIA prostatitis, anti-inflammatory drugs are selected based on drug sensitivity results and the ability of drugs to penetrate the prostate. Commonly used anti-inflammatory drugs include ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin; azithromycin, clarithromycin; minocycline, etc.

Five drugs to relieve frequent urination and urgency

For patients with severe symptoms of frequent urination and urgency, but without obstructive symptoms such as difficulty urinating and residual urine, symptomatic medications can be taken orally. Commonly used drugs include tolterodine, solifenacin, etc.
