What are the symptoms of uterine disease?

Uterine disease is one of the common diseases among women. Common uterine diseases include endometritis, uterine hypertrophy, uterine prolapse and so on. Uterine diseases are very harmful to women and are more common in women of childbearing age. Uterine diseases are mostly caused by cervical damage and pathogen invasion, so it is necessary to seek medical attention as soon as possible. So what should we do when faced with uterine diseases and what measures do we need to take?

Uterine disease refers to various lesions occurring in the uterine area, such as inflammation, injury, tumors, and precancerous lesions. It is one of the most common diseases in women. Uterine diseases include endometritis, endometriosis, uterine hypertrophy, uterine polyps, uterine fibroids, uterine cysts, uterine prolapse, endometrial cancer, etc. Causes of uterine diseases include miscarriage, intrauterine operations such as placement and removal of IUDs, and infection.

1. Pelvic pain

About 40% of patients complain of lower abdominal distension and pain and lumbar pain during the menstrual interval.

2. Increased leucorrhea

Due to increased secretion of endometrial glands. It is usually thin, watery, light yellow, and sometimes bloody.

3. Excessive menstruation

The menstrual period is still regular, but the menstrual flow has doubled and the bleeding period has also been significantly prolonged. Only a very small number of patients develop anemia due to heavy bleeding, which may be caused by intimal thickening and inflammatory congestion. Irregular bleeding is rare. Sometimes bleeding may last for several hours or 1 to 2 days before stopping.

4. Dysmenorrhea

It occurs more often in nulliparous women, but severe dysmenorrhea is rare. It may be caused by excessive thickening of the endometrium, which hinders the normal degeneration and necrosis of tissues and stimulates excessive spasmodic contractions of the uterus.
