Is it effective to eat black beans if the endometrium is thin?

The uterus is the place where women conceive and nurture life, but if there is a problem with the uterus, it may mean that there is a problem with the woman's body. Thin endometrium is a common phenomenon encountered by many women. Generally, you can eat more black beans in normal times. Black beans can supplement the endometrium of the uterus, increase the thickness and repair the endometrium, and have certain effects.

(1) Luteal insufficiency refers to insufficient estrogen and progesterone secretion by the corpus luteum, resulting in insufficient secretory changes in the endometrium. Luteal insufficiency often leads to luteal phase bleeding, implantation problems, infertility and miscarriage.

(II) Diagnosis:

1. Basal body temperature: The difference between the normal high temperature phase and the low temperature phase is above 0.3 degrees Celsius. A high temperature phase of basal body temperature of less than 10 days, a slow rise in the high temperature phase, or a drop in the middle of the high temperature phase all indicate luteal dysfunction.

2. Blood progesterone concentration less than 10 ng/me can be diagnosed as luteal insufficiency (3) Treatment:

(1) Luteal function stimulation therapy: intramuscular injection of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG).

(2) Progesterone replacement therapy: intramuscular injection of progesterone and oral administration of medroxyprogesterone.

(3) Clomiphene (cc) therapy 4. HMG-HCG therapy: HMG = human menopausal gonadotropin.

Thin endometrium is usually caused by ovarian dysfunction, which leads to insufficient estrogen secretion.

You can also soak some black beans in clean water for about 12 hours, then cook them until cooked through, adding a little salt. Starting from the first day after the end of menstruation, take 47 pills a day for 6 consecutive days.
