Why do girls have chest pain?

Chest pain in girls generally refers to breast pain, and breast pain mainly includes physiological pain and pathological pain. Many people don’t know why girls have chest pain. Generally speaking, chest pain that occurs close to menstruation is physiological pain, but it may also be a problem of breast hyperplasia.

Girls may experience breast pain during their menstrual period or ovulation period. Chest pain during menstruation is caused by blocked menstruation, which causes blood to not circulate and forms blood clots in the chest, causing women to experience chest pain. During the ovulation period, due to the increase in various hormone levels, especially the levels of estrogen and progesterone, this will cause chest pain, and thus you will feel chest tightness and pain. During these two periods, it is better for women to have a light diet, avoid drinking alcohol and eating spicy food.

If the breast pain is paroxysmal, and often begins before menstruation or worsens during menstruation, and is relieved or disappears after menstruation, it may be premenstrual tension syndrome; if there is local throbbing pain, it may be local suppuration. If there is sudden, continuous, and severe pain in the breast, accompanied by obvious tenderness, it may be various acute infectious diseases of the breast; if the pain is distending or stabbing, sometimes involving the armpit or shoulder and back on the same side, and there is mild to moderate tenderness locally, it may be a proliferative lesion. It is recommended to go to the hospital for an examination to find the cause and symptomatic treatment.

3. Breast cancer: In addition to the symptom of breast pain (there is no obvious pain in the early stages of breast cancer), breast cancer also causes obvious changes in the appearance of the breasts.
