Sleeping posture is the key to prevent wrinkles

Fundamentally speaking, wrinkles begin with age and "end" with careful and appropriate skin care. Scientifically speaking, the appearance of wrinkles represents a decrease in skin cell activity. Dead cells accumulate in layers in the stratum corneum, without the previous strong renewal ability. Once affected by excessive facial expressions, environmental pollution, aging and other factors, the epidermis can no longer restore its previous elasticity and wrinkles remain "permanently" on the face.

It is regrettable that the anti-wrinkle products on the market that are hyped up do not actually have the “miraculous” effect of removing wrinkles. Because those nourishing ingredients really cannot reach the dermis! Without genuine leather, no matter how luxurious the maintenance ingredients are, it will be in vain.

Why do I say so? The dermis is equivalent to a cell manufacturing factory. New cells that continuously emerge take 14 days to travel from the basal layer to the stratum corneum.

Recall that our skin is at its best during childhood because children’s skin has the highest levels of keratinocyte growth factor (KGF-2). It can be understood in this way that when KGF-2 is young, it has a very good appetite and constantly asks the skin for food, and each layer of cells delivers nutrients like a 500-meter sprint. As we age, sprinting turns into running, then to jogging, and finally to walking to deliver nutrition.

On the road of time, wrinkles slowly appear on the face at a decelerating rate; in this decelerating race, there are several obstacles: aging, environmental pollution, unhealthy diet, bad habits, and indiscriminate use of skin care products. Aging is an irreversible force. The most effective weapon to resist the erosion of time is to maintain good health for the five internal organs.

The activities of the five internal organs are the source of all nutrition for the human body. If the five internal organs are in poor condition, they will not be able to provide much nutrition, and wrinkles will take advantage of the situation to creep in. Environmental pollution is also an accomplice in causing wrinkles. In a polluted environment, harmful substances will destroy the pH value of the skin, causing skin problems such as dryness, allergies, and rashes. This will block the supply of nutrients to the skin and also cause wrinkles. Improper diet and unbalanced nutrient intake will lead to insufficient nutrition supplied to the skin, which will affect the facial skin. If this lack continues for a long time, it will inevitably lead to the big problem of wrinkles.

How do bad habits contribute to wrinkles?

The first one is excessive facial expressions.

Excessive expressions are equivalent to leaving space for wrinkles, and from now on, wrinkles will appear wherever there are expressions.

The second is sleeping position. The correct position is to sleep on your back.

The most harmful thing is the misuse of skin care products. The reason why wrinkles appear on the skin is the manifestation of two kinds of nutritional deficiencies: the first is collagen, which provides tension for cells; the second is elastin, which provides elasticity for cells. The volume of collagen in the dermis accounts for about 18-30%.

0-20 years old is the growth stage of these two nutrients;

The number of people aged 20-50 remains unchanged.

After the age of 50, it gradually disappears.

Therefore, most of the skin care products on the market use this point as an excuse. Then, one encounters an insurmountable obstacle.

How to get to the leather?

The end result is often that nutrients are separated from the epidermis and dermis, and tears flow down their cheeks. This is a better situation. If you choose the wrong skin care products, the consequences will be even more serious. Hormone face, various rashes, allergies and other problems will come one after another, and you will be crying if you encounter any of them. If you can’t make the right choice, it’s better not to choose. This is the principle I have always adhered to! That’s basically it when it comes to wrinkle problems.

Ladies who want to have no wrinkles on their faces when they are 80 years old should combine eating, exercising and taking care of themselves. Avoid all expressions, sleeping positions and movements that will cause wrinkles. Only by maintaining good health habits can you cultivate good skin and keep wrinkles away from you!
