Symptoms of infertility and timely treatment of infertility

Symptoms of infertility and timely treatment of infertility

Nowadays, more and more women have symptoms of infertility, which has a great impact on the harmony of family and marital relationship. In fact, female infertility is manifested by some symptoms, such as menstrual disorders, frequent abdominal pain, gynecological inflammation, etc.

1. The initial symptoms of the medical history mainly include : menstrual disorders and amenorrhea. Amenorrhea is a common symptom of gynecological diseases and can be caused by various reasons. Amenorrhea is usually divided into primary and secondary types. Those who have not had menstruation by the age of 18 are called primary amenorrhea; those who have no menstruation for more than 6 months at any time after menarche and before normal menopause (except pregnancy or lactation) are called secondary amenorrhea.

This distinction is largely artificial because the underlying factors causing primary and secondary amenorrhea may sometimes be the same. However, this classification is valuable in providing clues to the cause and prognosis. For example, most congenital anomalies, including ovarian or müllerian tissue malformations, cause amenorrhea, which is classified as primary amenorrhea, while secondary amenorrhea is mostly caused by acquired diseases and is easier to treat. , Dysmenorrhea Dysmenorrhea refers to cramping pain in the lower abdomen before, during or after menstruation, accompanied by general discomfort, which seriously affects daily life.

There are two types: primary and secondary. If no obvious abnormalities of the pelvic organs are found after a detailed gynecological clinical examination, it is called primary dysmenorrhea, also known as functional dysmenorrhea. Secondary dysmenorrhea refers to those with obvious lesions in the reproductive organs, such as endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease, tumors, etc.

2. Abnormal history of leucorrhea , and some symptoms like abdominal pain. Abdominal pain (abdominal pain) refers to lesions of organs inside and outside the abdominal cavity caused by various reasons, which manifest as abdominal pain. Abdominal pain can be divided into acute and chronic types. The causes are extremely complex, including inflammation, tumors, hemorrhage, obstruction, perforation, trauma and functional disorders. There are many causes of abdominal pain, almost involving all kinds of diseases. It can be a lesion of the abdominal organs or an extra-abdominal lesion; it can be organic or functional; it can be a medical disease or a surgical disease, or even be a medical disease at first but later develops into a surgical disease.

In terms of treatment methods, some abdominal pain requires surgery urgently, while some abdominal pain does not require surgery; some abdominal pain is initially treated conservatively and then requires surgical treatment. For those who urgently need surgical treatment, misdiagnosis, missed diagnosis and delayed surgery can cause serious consequences and even endanger their lives. On the contrary, for those who do not need surgery, performing unnecessary surgery will not only increase the patient's pain, but may even aggravate the condition. , milk leakage and other phenomena are also common. Prevention is the key, and early detection and treatment of diseases that can cause infertility are the key. Keep a happy mood and reduce mental stress. Reduce surgery and pay attention to self-protection. I wish you good health!
