Symptoms of menstrual disorders, do you have these 5 symptoms

Menstrual disorders are often related to female infertility. Its symptoms vary, including: menstruation is advanced by more than a week for three consecutive cycles, or menstruation is delayed by more than a week, and the menstrual flow is too little or too much, etc., which can be regulated through traditional Chinese medicine.

1. Early menstruation: The menstrual cycle is advanced by more than 7 days, or even occurs more than half a month, for more than 3 consecutive menstrual cycles.

(1) Internal disturbance of blood heat: heavy menstrual flow, red and sticky, with small blood clots, fever, thirst, yellow urine and difficult bowel movements, red tongue, yellow coating, and slippery and rapid pulse.

(2) Qi fails to control blood: Menstrual discharge is light in color and thin in quantity, fatigue, shortness of breath, laziness to speak, empty feeling in the lower abdomen, poor appetite and loose stools, pale tongue and weak pulse.

2. Late menstruation: The menstrual cycle exceeds 35 days and lasts for more than 3 consecutive menstrual cycles.

(1) Cold and stagnant blood: scanty, dark-colored menstruation with blood clots, cold pain in the lower abdomen relieved by heat, fear of cold and cold limbs, white tongue coating, and a deep, tight pulse.

(2) Liver blood deficiency: scanty menstrual flow, light color without clots, dull pain in the lower abdomen, dizziness, palpitations and insomnia, pale or sallow complexion, pale red tongue, and a thready and weak pulse.

(3) Stagnation of Liver Qi: scanty menstrual flow, dark red color or with small blood clots, distension and pain in the lower abdomen or chest, abdomen, flanks, and breasts, thin white tongue coating, and stringy pulse.

3. Irregular menstruation: The menstrual cycle is either early or late, lasting more than 7 days, and lasting for more than 3 menstrual cycles.

(1) Stagnation of Liver Qi: Menstrual flow may be more or less, purple-red in color with clots, irregular menstruation, distension and pain in the chest, ribs, breasts and lower abdomen, abdominal distension and discomfort, occasional sighing, a thin white or thin yellow tongue coating, and a stringy pulse.

(2) Kidney deficiency: scanty menstruation, light and dark color, loose urine, fatigue, lumbar and sacral pain, dizziness, tinnitus, pale tongue with little coating, and weak pulse.

4. Menorrhagia: The amount of menstruation is significantly increased compared to normal, but the cycle is basically normal.

(1) Qi cannot hold blood: Menstruation is heavy, light red in color, thin and clear, or the complexion is pale, there is shortness of breath and laziness to speak, limbs are weak, or there is an empty feeling in the lower abdomen, a pale tongue and a thin pulse.

(2) Internal disturbance caused by blood heat: Menstrual flow is heavy, bright red or dark red, thick and sticky, or contains small blood clots, often accompanied by irritability, thirst, yellow urine and constipation, red tongue, yellow coating, and slippery and rapid pulse.

(3) Uterine stasis: heavy menstrual flow or irregular menstruation, dark purple color, with blood clots or accompanied by lower abdominal pain that is resistant to pressure, dark purple tongue or with petechiae, and thready and wiry pulse.

5. Oligomenorrhea: Although the menstrual period is regular, the menstrual volume is significantly less than normal, or the menstrual period is less than 2 days and the menstrual volume is light.

(1) Liver blood deficiency: scanty menstruation or menstruation that stops with a few drops, light in color without clots, or accompanied by dizziness, palpitations, sallow complexion, hollow lower abdomen, pale red tongue, and thin pulse.

(2) Kidney Yang Deficiency: scanty menstrual flow, light red or dark red, watery menstruation, soreness and weakness in the waist and spine, dizziness, tinnitus, or cold lower abdomen, frequent urination at night, pale tongue, weak or slow pulse.

(3) Uterine stasis: scanty menstrual flow, dark purple color, blood clots, lower abdominal distension and pain, resistant to pressure, pain and distension relieved after blood clots are discharged, dark purple tongue or with petechiae, thin, stringy pulse.

(4) Phlegm-dampness obstruction: scanty menstrual flow, light red color, thick texture, obesity, chest tightness and nausea, or thick leucorrhea, greasy white tongue coating, and slippery pulse.
