What causes dark skin?

What causes dark skin?

We often say that a white complexion can hide a myriad of ugliness. In fact, this is not without reason. After all, if a person looks whiter, he or she will indeed look more comfortable. But some people are not born with dark skin, but their skin looks dark. What’s going on? Is it normal?

The relationship between human health and skin is an internal-external relationship, that is, the health of internal organs will be reflected in the skin. We often see some people with yellow complexion and dark skin; some people have many spots on their faces, etc.

Secondly, skin color problems are closely related to the health of internal organs and muscles. For example, patients with liver disease will have yellow, dark, and dull skin, and liver spots on their faces. Patients with gallbladder disease will have yellow or dark skin all over their bodies. Patients with spleen and stomach diseases will have yellow and white complexions, and in severe cases, some people will have purple or rust-colored skin all over their bodies, and their skin will be dry. Those with poor lung function will have dry, dull, and inelastic skin all over their bodies, large skin pores, and pale complexion. Patients with kidney disease will have a mixture of the above symptoms, accompanied by edema on the face and body. When a person's skin shows the above symptoms, no skin care products will be effective. To put it in a philosophical term, no matter how good the external factors are, it will be useless if the internal factors are not good. On the contrary, if a person is healthy, their skin will be naturally beautiful. If they use good skin care products to carefully care for it, their skin will be the icing on the cake. Therefore, if you want to achieve beauty in your life, in addition to ensuring you have a healthy body, you should also pay attention to drinking plenty of water. A normal person should ensure 3000 ml of water per day (including water in the diet), take less medicine, or better not take it; when choosing skin care products, you should choose those that do not contain harmful ingredients to prevent these ingredients (see "Harmful ingredients in skin care products") from penetrating into the blood through the skin.

Just as not bad does not mean good, getting rid of dull skin does not mean complete whitening. But to create white skin, the most important thing is to have healthy and bright skin. First, let’s check which type of dull skin you have.

Type A: People with thin keratin and high melanin

Causes: 1. Long-term exposure to ultraviolet rays.

2. The collagen and elastic fibers in the skin are destroyed and deteriorated, and then they are retained in the skin and become melanin deposits!

Symptoms: precipitation, yellowing and dull skin,

Type B: People with high melanin and thick keratin

Reason: 1. I like to do outdoor sports but I don’t take good care of the sun

2. Excessive cleansing of the skin or excessive oil production causes accumulation of keratin, which can lead to acne and turn into acne scars.

Symptoms: It forms clumps, which means the melanin has no transparency!

Type C: People with thin keratin and little melanin

Reason: Poor blood circulation, coupled with the change of seasons, the body temperature drops and the blood circulation slows down, making it difficult for skin care products to be absorbed

You don’t have any dead skin cells accumulated, nor any melanin deposits, which means that your complexion will of course be dull!

Type D: People with thick stratum corneum and little melanin

Causes: insufficient exfoliation, dehydrated skin or abnormal diet;

Rescue A: Thin cuticle + high melanin

Key: The keratin metabolism is normal, and what is most needed is a mask that focuses on "moisturizing, nourishing and whitening".
