Don't ignore small bumps on the vulva, it may be a gynecological disease

The vulva is a private part of women, and because of this it is easy to breed bacteria and cause vulvar diseases, such as redness, swelling and itching of the vulva. If this happens, you must take it seriously. It is likely to be a skin disease or a gynecological disease. What are the causes of pimples on the vulva?

1. Underwear compression

Many women like to wear tight underwear, which leads to excessive sweating and bacterial growth, resulting in itching, redness, and small bumps on the vulva.

2. Bad hygiene habits

Failure to pay attention to the local cleanliness of the vulva, long-term stimulation by sebum, sweat, menstrual blood, vaginal secretions, or immersion in urine and feces can cause vulvar itching. Sanitary napkins during menstruation and non-breathable synthetic underwear on a regular basis can cause itching, redness, and small bumps on the vulva due to long-term accumulation of local damp heat.

3. Other skin lesions

Scrape wounds, common warts, herpes, tumors, etc. can all cause itching, redness, and small bumps on the vulva.

4. Drug allergy or chemical irritation

Soap, condoms, benzalkonium bromide, etc. can cause contact or allergic dermatitis due to direct irritation or allergies, resulting in itching, redness, and small bumps on the vulva.

5. Candida vaginitis and Trichomonas vaginitis are the most common causes of vulvar itching. Pubic lice and scabies can also cause itching, redness, and small bumps on the vulva.
