Symptom 1:

fever. The patient will experience fever, which generally does not exceed 38.5℃ and can last for 3-5 days.

Symptom 2:

Vomiting blood and black stools. Symptoms of gastric bleeding are mainly vomiting blood and bloody stools. After bleeding, the patient may experience nausea and vomiting due to the stimulation of blood, and may vomit blood. He may feel the urge to defecate before having bloody stools, and after defecation, his eyes may turn black, he may feel anxious, and even faint, his face may turn pale, he may feel thirsty, his pulse may be fast and weak, and his blood pressure may drop. All patients had tarry black stools. Generally speaking, when the amount of bleeding is heavy, there will be black stools and vomiting of blood; when the amount of bleeding is light, there will often be only black stools. If the bleeding site is in the duodenum, vomiting blood is less common.

Symptom three:

Other associated systemic symptoms. If the patient bleeds slowly and in small amounts, there are generally no obvious systemic symptoms, and anemia only occurs after a long period of bleeding. If the amount of bleeding is large and rapid, symptoms such as dizziness, blurred vision, fatigue, abdominal pain and diarrhea, tachycardia, pale complexion, and cold sweats will occur.
