Gynecological inflammation is a common disease among women, mainly referring to inflammation of the female reproductive organs, including vulvitis, vaginitis, cervicitis, and pelvic inflammatory disease. For mycoplasma and chlamydia infections, as long as there are no symptoms, a positive mycoplasma test only means that it normally resides in the human body. This is normal and there is no need to worry. From the perspective of etiology, the pathogenicity of mycoplasma is weaker than that of many other pathogens. Therefore, when inflammation is indeed present and the test result is mycoplasma positive, the first thing to consider is whether there are other pathogens. This is because mycoplasma infection often occurs after other pathogens cause inflammation in the body, which reduces the body's disease resistance. At this moment, mycoplasma is just a "passerby".

The most common manifestations of gynecological inflammation are vulvar and vaginal itching, some of which may become ulcerated, accompanied by burning pain, dysuria, frequent urination, increased vaginal discharge, redness and swelling, etc.

So how do we deal with these unknown troubles?

First of all, improvements should be made in diet.

1. Sweet potato. Sweet potatoes are rich in fiber, potassium, iron and vitamin B6, which can not only prevent aging and arteriosclerosis, but also effectively prevent tumors.

2. Papaya and yogurt. Yogurt aids digestion, can effectively prevent intestinal infections, and improve the body's immune function; papaya is particularly helpful in digesting meat that is difficult for the human body to absorb, and therefore can effectively prevent intestinal diseases.

3. Beef. Because women have a long menstrual period in their lives, they are more susceptible to anemia than men. If you want to get enough iron, eating beef is a good way, and beef is low in fat, which can both increase energy and suppress weight.

4. Strawberry. Strawberries are not only juicy and delicious, but also extremely beneficial to human health. Strawberries can improve skin color, relieve diarrhea, and alleviate illness. At the same time, strawberries can strengthen gums, freshen breath, and moisturize the throat.

5. Cauliflower and tofu. Cauliflower is rich in many anti-cancer enzymes and calcium that can prevent osteoporosis. Foods high in soy protein can lower cholesterol, minimize hot flashes in women during menopause, and strengthen bones.

Secondly, you should pay attention to your daily self-care.

1. Avoid excessive scratching of itchy areas to relieve itching. Do not use alkaline soap for bathing, and do not use bath agents to repeatedly clean the vulva or rinse it. This can easily cause changes in the pH value, leading to an imbalance of normal flora and damaging the acidic antibacterial barrier. In addition, it is recommended that women do not use highly irritating hormonal topical medications indiscriminately.

Can you handle those little problems that are hard to talk about?

2. Underwear should be soft, loose and preferably made of cotton. Avoid wearing down, nylon and wool clothes close to your body, and avoid washing underwear and socks together.

3. Keep your private parts clean and dry at all times, especially during menstruation. It is not recommended to wear synthetic underwear and jeans.

4. Prevent unsanitary environment.

5. Avoid excessive use of broad-spectrum antibiotics, which may cause imbalance of normal flora.

6. If long-term oral contraceptive use causes gynecological diseases such as inflammation and they occur repeatedly, you should stop taking contraceptives and use other methods of contraception.
