Four words actually ruined a woman's life

Four words actually ruined a woman's life

Many women suffer from gynecological diseases, which are actually caused by four words. What are these four words? It means "thinking too much"!

Our traditional culture has always emphasized "moderation and harmony" and "too much is as bad as too little". Chinese medicine is of course no exception. Many diseases are caused by imbalance of yin and yang, and many principles of treatment are to restore the balance. Therefore, in our daily lives, no matter what we do, we must always seek a sense of "degree".

In traditional Chinese medicine, it is said that "thinking hurts the spleen", and "the spleen controls the blood". If there is a problem with Qi and blood, all kinds of problems may occur. Although excessive thinking mainly harms the spleen, "thinking causes qi stagnation" and qi stagnation caused by poor spleen function can cause people to feel abdominal bloating, so they have no appetite and poor digestion. This can easily lead to symptoms of insufficient qi and blood, fatigue in the limbs, and cause qi stagnation.

If it develops further, it will become blood stasis and phlegm stasis. This will then cause women's menstruation to be earlier, later, or even amenorrhea. Menstruation is actually an important signal of women's physical health. Abnormal menstruation means abnormal physical condition, and various gynecological diseases may be slowly forming.

However, according to my experience, many women have no common sense about gynecological diseases, do not take menstruation seriously, and many people even think that "it's better not to have menstruation, so there is less worry." This idea is definitely wrong. Once the ovaries, uterus and other organs are injured, women will not only quickly turn into yellow-faced women, but also suffer from various serious gynecological diseases, from inflammation to cancer. Therefore, female friends should pay enough attention to this issue.

Among my patients, not many come to see a gynecologist, so I said that many people do not pay attention to this issue, because in fact, this problem is very common. Basically, many women come to see me for other illnesses, and then I find that they may also have gynecological problems. Upon asking, it turned out to be true, and that's when they began to adjust the treatment.

Let me tell you a real case.

Once, a middle-aged woman who was dressed very fashionably and capablely came to my clinic and said that she had trouble sleeping and wanted to see if I could help her. After asking her, I concluded that she had spleen deficiency, kidney deficiency, and gynecological problems. She said yes, her menstruation was often irregular, sometimes only coming once every two or three months, and she often suffered from dysmenorrhea. I said that you must take care of your condition in many ways. In addition to taking Chinese medicine, you should also pay more attention to your daily life, worry less about household chores, and take good care of your spleen and stomach.

Then she told me: "To be honest, I've been busy with work all these years and I'm still single, so I don't have much housework to worry about." I said it's the same with work, of course you have to think about it, but don't push yourself too much, or your health will collapse, and that would be too much of a sacrifice.

She told me about her difficulties and said that she was a middle-level leader in a central enterprise. The personnel relations in state-owned enterprises are complicated to begin with, and as a woman, I have to be more cautious in what I say and do than others. He has a strong personality and doesn't want to fall behind in anything. Many of his subordinates are just trying to get by. Some of them are like his little ancestors, so let alone driving them away, he can't afford to offend them at all. But the work still needs to be done. I can't trust them to do it, so I have to do the work of several people by myself. I am so busy that I am exhausted and I just regret that I can't do everything at once.

I joked with her: "Leaders only need to talk, so why are you making yourself so tired?" Although I was half joking, I was actually serious. If, as a leader, you are like Kong Ming and take on everything yourself, who will get sick from exhaustion if not you? Many leaders have this problem, they always do everything themselves. Moreover, they always think that they have no choice but to do so. They can always do things quickly and well, but their subordinates have limited abilities and cannot make people feel at ease no matter what they do. Instead of cleaning up the mess for them, they might as well do it themselves.

What's the result? As a result, they exhausted themselves to death and got no good results. Because you are a manager, the most important thing for you is management ability. So even though they are so busy and worry so much that their bodies are hurt, their subordinates complain that they don't give them opportunities and their leaders don't have high hopes for their management abilities.

I discussed these principles with that lady. Actually, she understood them very well, but she just couldn't do them. Finally, I said to her, "I heard that if a person doesn't want to do the most basic work all his life, he must learn to delegate and authorize. We doctors have no choice but to see patients ourselves. We can't always hand over the treatment to our apprentices. But you see, I can see patients and prescribe medicine, but I don't do the medicine myself. It's not that it's not important, but that my time should be spent on more valuable things. Don't you think this makes sense?"

She seemed touched. No one wants to work for nothing, and what's more, facts have proved that her worrying is not effective. It would be better to save her worry and spend her time and energy where it should be spent. Doing so is the more responsible approach to your future and health.

Later, this lady would make an appointment with me whenever she had time. On the one hand, I would often adjust her medication according to her physical condition. On the other hand, she said she liked chatting with me. I had a very thorough understanding of many life issues, which made her realize many truths.

Maybe it's because we have seen too much birth, aging, sickness and death, and the sufferings of the world, so we doctors tend to be more open-minded and take many things less seriously. If we can help everyone and help them resolve some of their concerns, that would be great.
