What to do with breast duct hyperplasia

I don’t know if you have ever experienced breast duct hyperplasia before. This condition is very serious and may cause our own breast hormones to be unable to be secreted, may cause pain problems, and may make us prone to breast hypoplasia. We must take effective measures to solve it in time. Let’s familiarize ourselves with the solution to breast duct hyperplasia.

Most women with moderate breast pain are not treated with medication or surgery. The following tips have been shown to reduce breast pain in some women (although there is not enough scientific evidence to determine the effectiveness of these tips):

1. Self-regulation of lifestyle

Wear a well-fitting, supportive bra to reduce breast movement. Many women with breast pain find that wearing a bra while they sleep is comfortable.

l Limit sodium intake.

l Reduce caffeine intake (coffee, tea, soda, chocolate).

Maintain a low-fat diet that is high in nutrient-dense fruits, vegetables, and grains.

l Maintain an ideal weight. Losing excess weight may reduce breast pain by stabilizing hormone levels.

Sometimes over-the-counter pain relievers such as aspirin, acetaminophen, or ibuprofen can be used.

l Take vitamins. Some women find that taking vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), vitamin B1 (thiamine), or vitamin E can relieve breast pain.

l You can try evening primrose oil. Some women find that regular use of evening primrose oil in liquid or tablet form can reduce breast pain.

l Aspiration of the cyst. Doctors sometimes puncture benign (noncancerous) fluid-filled cysts to relieve breast pain. However, it may not be possible to puncture very small cysts.

· Relax. Reducing stress caused by anxiety and tension may relieve some stress-related breast pain.

2. Drug treatment

1. Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment: The vast majority of patients with severe breast pain can be effectively controlled through Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment, such as Soothing the Liver and Regulating Qi, Activating Blood Circulation and Removing Blood Stasis, and Activating Blood Circulation and Resolving Phlegm, but the prerequisite is that the syndrome differentiation and treatment method is accurate.

2. Danazol, bromocriptine

Bromocriptine and danazol relieve cyclical breast pain by blocking certain hormones, such as estrogen and progesterone. However, these drugs can cause serious side effects in some women. Side effects of bromocriptine that many patients cannot tolerate include nausea, dizziness, and fertility problems.

Everyone can use the above-introduced solution for breast duct hyperplasia for treatment. At the same time, try to eat more foods that are beneficial to promoting blood vessel softening in the future life. Eating more hawthorn foods is very effective. You can also use massage methods to help us promote blood circulation in the mammary ducts.
