What is the female physiological structure like?

As a woman, only by understanding your own body can you better control your future and keep a healthy, beautiful face and a graceful figure for a long time. Why do we need to understand the female physiological structure? Women's physiological structure is closely related to their physical health. If there is any abnormality in any part of the body, it will be manifested through surface symptoms of the body. Only by clearly understanding the physiological structure can we know what the external manifestations of the internal organs are.

1. Mons pubis. The mons pubis is the raised part of the vulva in front of the pubic symphysis, which is composed of skin and a very thick layer of fat. The labia majora are located on both sides of the mons pubis. During puberty, pubic hair begins to grow on the skin of the mons pubis, and its distribution is in the shape of a triangle with a downward tip. The rich fat tissue under the skin of the mons pubis and the pubic hair on the skin provide support and shock absorption during sexual intercourse. Touching or gently kneading the mons pubis can have a sexually stimulating effect, and rubbing the mons pubis of men and women against each other can give women sexual pleasure.

2. Labia majora. The labia majora (labium majus pudendi) are a pair of oblong raised skin folds on both sides of the vulva, close to the inner sides of the thighs. It is connected to the mons pubis in front and the perineum in the back; it stretches downward and backward from the mons pubis. The left and right labia majora in front join at the mons pubis to form the anterior commissure, and the two ends in the back join under the labia frenulum to form the posterior labia majora. The posterior commissure is located in front of the anus but is not as obvious as the anterior commissure. There is pubic hair outside the labia majora. Subcutaneous tissue is thicker, loose adipose tissue, elastic fibers and venous plexus, which are prone to hematoma after injury. The labia majora contain sebaceous glands and sweat glands. The skin on the outer side is pigmented and has pubic hair; the inner side is light pink, similar to a mucous membrane, and has no pubic hair. The labia majora of unmarried adult women and obese women close naturally, covering the labia minora, vaginal opening and urethral opening. The labia majora of multiparous women spread apart due to the impact of childbirth. The labia majora cover the labia minora, vaginal opening and urethral opening. When there is sexual desire, the labia majora open, the covered part is exposed, and even the vaginal opening is exposed. There are great individual differences in the labia majora, some are fat and thick, while others are small and thin.

3. Labia minora. The labia minora (nympha) is a pair of thin mucosal folds on the inner side of the labia majora, with a smooth, hairless and moist surface. The color is brown, pink, bright red, or dark red. The upper ends of the left and right sides of the labia minora are forked and connected to each other, and then divided into two leaves. The skin fold above is called the clitoral hood, and the skin fold below is called the clitoral frenulum. The clitoris is in the middle of them. The lower end of the labia minora meets at the bottom of the vaginal opening and fuses with the rear end of the labia majora to form the frenulum. There are abundant nerves under the labia minora mucosa, so the sensitivity is keen. Equivalent to the male urethral labia. Because the labia majora and minora are rich in nerve fibers, they play an important role in sexual stimulation and arousal. During sexual intercourse, the penis twitches in the vagina and pulls the labia minora, stimulating the clitoris.

4. Clitoris. The clitoris, also known as the clitoral nucleus, is located at the top between the labia minora on both sides and is the meeting point of the upper ends of the labia majora on both sides. It is a small cylindrical organ, surrounded by the clitoral hood, about 4 cm long. The end is a round head with a swollen tip called the glans clitoris. The surface is covered with skin, and the inner end is connected to a thin bundle of erectile tissue. Erectile tissue is a kind of spongy tissue (composed of two erectile clitoral corpora cavernosa, divided into three parts: head, body, and foot. It is equivalent to the male penis corpus cavernosum), with rich venous plexus and rich nerve endings, so it is sensitive and easy to bleed after injury. Although the clitoris is located in the external genitalia, it does not have reproductive function but is the most important sexually sensitive area. The clitoris, especially the glans clitoris, is covered with nerve endings. Even slight contact or stimulation can cause intense sexual arousal and pleasure. Even appropriate stimulation can make women reach orgasm. Therefore, it is also the most favorite stimulation area for women to masturbate. During sexual intercourse, the penis generally does not directly stimulate the clitoris. It is the movement of the penis in the vagina that pulls the labia minora, thereby stimulating the clitoris. A woman's clitoris is equivalent to a man's penis, and the glans clitoris is equivalent to the glans penis. Except for the smaller corpus cavernosum and the urethra, it is completely similar to the penis, with the clitoral body, crus, glans penis, foreskin, corpus cavernosum and fascia, as well as the pectinate septum and suspensory ligament of the clitoris. An erection occurs during sexual stimulation.

5. Vestibule. The prismatic area enclosed by the labia minora on both sides is called the vaginal vestibule. It appears when you spread the labia minora to the left and right with your fingers. The surface is covered with mucous membrane and is approximately a triangle. The tip of the triangle is the clitoris, the base is the frenulum of the labia, and the two sides are the labia minora. The external urethral opening is located in the upper part of the vestibule. The vaginal opening is at its lower part. There is a Bartholin's gland opening on each side. Also located in this area are the vestibular bulbs. The scattered small vestibular glands are comparable to the male paraurethral glands. Further down you can see the chrysanthemum-shaped anus. There is a small space called the perineum between the vagina and anus.

After reading this, I hope that understanding the female physiological structure can attract enough attention. As a woman, only by taking good care of your body can you have the energy to build a wonderful life; and as a man, constantly understanding your partner's health status is a manifestation of your love for her. In any case, understanding your body is more important than anything else.
