How to use sanitary napkins correctly

After buying sanitary napkins, you should use them actively after bringing them home, and don't stockpile them. Because storing sanitary napkins is often improper, it will cause the sanitary napkins to mold and deteriorate, which is harmful to health. If the sanitary napkins you purchased are not used up, the remaining sanitary napkins must be sealed and stored in a dry and sterile environment. Sanitary napkins all have an expiration date. Once you find that a sanitary napkin has expired, it cannot be used.

There are two types of sanitary napkins. One is a long strip without ears on both sides. For this kind of sanitary napkin, just tear open the packaging bag, take out the sanitary napkin and unfold it, then tear off the paper tape on the back of the sanitary napkin (this paper tape is to prevent the sanitary napkin from sticking when it is packaged, it has no other use and can be thrown away after tearing it off), put the adhesive side of the sanitary napkin on the crotch of the underwear and stick it on the underwear, and the sanitary napkin is in place.

Another type of sanitary napkin is a long strip in the middle with an "ear" on each side. To use this type of sanitary napkin, open the package, take out the sanitary napkin, tear off the paper tape in the middle first, and put the adhesive side to the middle of the crotch of the underwear, with the two ears aligned with the narrowest part of the crotch. Then tear off the small piece of sticky paper on the back of the left "ear", fold the "ear" from the narrowest part of the left side of the underwear to stick it to the front of the crotch of the underwear, then tear off the sticky paper on the back of the other side of the "ear", fold it from the right side of the narrowest part of the crotch of the underwear to fix it to the front of the crotch of the underwear. Because of the adhesive adhesion at the bottom of the sanitary napkin, and the fixation of the "ears" from both sides, the sanitary napkin will be firmly stuck to the bottom of the underwear, and it will be more difficult to shift during activities.

A friend of mine prefers to buy scented sanitary napkins or sanitary napkins with medicated properties when buying sanitary napkins in the city. In fact, these habits of buying sanitary napkins are not approved. Sanitary napkins with medicated or scented smells often contain more chemical ingredients, some of which are even of unknown ingredients and are not marked on the outer packaging. Such sanitary napkins are potentially harmful.
