Sun Simiao, a famous doctor in the Tang Dynasty, once wrote: "Massaging the abdomen regularly can cure all diseases." The method is: choose to do it before going to bed and getting up at night, empty your bladder, wash your hands, lie on your back, bend your knees slightly, and relax your whole body. Place your left hand on your abdomen with your palm facing your navel. Place your right hand on top of your left hand. First, rub your abdomen 50 times in a clockwise direction around your navel, and then rub it 50 times in a counterclockwise direction.
